I read a book a week. I have since I was very young. Not into fiction. Mostly history, autobiographical and theory. I like traveling to places I've read about to see what they have seen.

It's the extremely well researched beautifully written triple biography of the 3 heroes of the battle of the Alamo. The book explains what brought them together to die on the same day in the same place. Each of these 3 men, James Bowie, David Crockett and Lt.Col.William Travis, were each in their own way representative of life in the 1830s, the Jacksonian era in America.
