I admit it not proud of it I let myself go because got fed up with myself ended up not caring anymore but I know I should not of trying to fix things now cut back on things and trying in stages.
I, too, struggle with my weight! Let's encourage each other.
My best tip so far is to take up swimming. An hour of being active in a swimming pool can take the edge off depression, burn some calories, tone muscles, and help you sleep better. It's low impact exercise as well, easy on the joints.
Also, remember as you step into the pool, the advantage we have over those skinny little chickies in bikinis-- fat floats!
