I Live With a Disability
My hands don't work very well so normal tasks can be quite hard at times. Some days are better than others. My parents help me out loads but I know I am just still a child to them. I am small and thin and young looking so still have a childish body too. I am embarrassed at some of the things they do for me yet I feel comfoted by them and loved.
My dad has got my car seat (for special needs) installed in his new car so I can see out the window better. I was embarrassed by this but grateful at the same time. Now when we go somewhere I climb in and he clicks my straps for me and we are away! However I can't undo myself and find it quite restrictive. I will put up with it because dad says it is good for me and I know he means well.
