If Obama has fixed the Us as he claims, then why does Hilary keep saying she is going to fix the US? both are Democrats

Fix has multiple meanings one of which is repair. Another is to keep something from moving. Obama kept the US from moving ahead and Hillary will do the same - given the opportunity.
