So? Under what law do you have to marry this person? Do you love this man? Because you are going to hate your marriage if you don't feel any love for him. It's gonna stink worse than the smelliest of horse shit.

Dad has set me up with someone he knows. Haven't seen him since the virus started but we talk all the time.

This is why we have the freedom of choice. For me I find that sad and wrong. But my views are my own.
I would simply say, do what is right for you.

how do you feel about that? It's your decision, nobody else's. If you want to marry him, then fantastic, and I wish you well but only marry him if you love him and think you can make a life with him. If not, then do what you believe is best for you
