Ever been burglarized?

Many years ago I was home from work (yes I was playing hooky)and I heard someone turning the front door knob when i passed. I looked out the front window that overlooked the porch and was surprised to see a man trying to jimmy the doorknob and he had on leather gloves. It was August in Texas. So, I very quietly went and got my gun and tapped on the window until he looked. Then once he realized what he was looking at he ran off. I was gonna blast his balls to smithereens if he had forced himself inside. That .380 was loaded with hollow point bullets.

I have had my home broken into twice and I was pistol whipped on my own street for $15 and my cell phone.

Someone tried once. I had 120lb Akita at the time, that deterred them.

Oh YES!!! We use to live in these apartments in a small little town that I thought was safe, HA! Not so...a guy in a house behind us would come in our place every time we left, he would even make sandwiches and leave the food out on the counter. The manager changed the locks, but it didn't stop him. We called the police but they couldn't catch him. Long story how we came to realize it was him. Can't say what happened next, but he stopped!!!😡

Never and it is not common AT ALL to have any incident like that happening where I live 🤔 So surprised at the stories I am reading.

Damn, that must of been some scary schit comin home to food left out like that
