I Always Prefer the Window Seat

Especially in cars or trains. Watching the world go by through the lens of a window and glimpsing those rare moments of beauty as the people and the trees flutter by is - to me - one of the more peaceful things about traveling (aside from sleeping, of course). Planes can be quite lovely too. Seeing the city lights at night, watching the world disappear as you take off and become excited for your next adventure... It might be time to dig out my passport again.
