I agree...there are many out there who are not mature enough to converse about these matters on an intellectual basis. I usually walk away literally...it is pointless.

I just hate bad conflicting arguments about who is right or wrong...comments like you're an asshole, go kill yourself, or the like.....is so irrational. If people can't share their opinion in a constructive manner...I usually just block them. Being civil is getting harder these days.....lol
