If you started reading a book and realize it was the story of your life, would you read it to the end?

Just by reading it, you'd be changing the end

I'd at least get to the part where it described me reading the book about myself, and then do strange things and see if they showed up in the text.

I thought you'd already have one

Oh I do but that's the thing about science... it's messy. Most of mine are covered in acid holes and scorch marks.

You have a toddler. You ain't phased by messes and small fires.
Um...if it were in fact the story of your life, wouldn't it end with your death? So if you read it, wouldn't that mean it would result in you dying as you concluded the book? After all, if the story simply told you how you died, you could avoid it, and then it wouldn't really be the story of your life. I think I'd just burn the thing.

I'd jump to the last page to see how I die....*chokes to death on bacon* ....great.

no would spoil the suprises
'Wild' was very close to mine, minus the drugs and sex with a million guys. It was too much for me to handle reading at the time. I think I could handle it now, but I'd rather not.

Probably not. My life is already too dramatically. 😕
