Why do coloring books show up when you search "Mental illness" in the Amazon Kindle section?

I don't quite see the connection. Is it because coloring decreases stress, and a lot of people with mental illnesses are stressed?

I think they are useful for stress but also just fun, so I don't know why they are in that category.
