Wouldn't the most effective form of protest be the silent one?

In which you don't give your opponent ANY press or attention and just not turn up.

That's how you can kill a Youtube channel y'know...people don't know that, they sub to leave a negative comment on all of their videos but it's the dumbest idea ever...it just helps them, it gives them more numbers, see if you don't like Pewdiepie or Markiplier and don't like how they run their channels...unsub...don't talk about them...ever...that's how they thrive they need people talking about them...

It's like the whole CSGO lotto shit that went down...ironically they probably got MORE subscribers because idiots were flooding their channels...same with the whole Pyro and Leafy VS Keemstar...or The Fine Bros trying to copyright React videos.

Just a tip for you guys y'know...the concept can be summarised thus

You buy a certain brand of soup every day for 5 years, then suddenly they change the recipe because dumb reasons and will never change back...what do you do? Buy a different brand of soup, probably a lesser known one with less subscribers, but that can of soup works hard with quality content, mostly because this "lesser" can of soup isn't a sellout like your old can of soup was, this can of soup soups because it's fun for them...and etc.

Buy new soup.

Have a good day/night/morning/apocalypse.

Well, you're smart, too. Most people don't think about things at this level of detail. The world would be a lot better off if they did, IMHO.

My list of most effective ways to protest are as follows:

1. Vote with your money (as you recommend).

2. Vote in every election.

3. Run for public office yourself if you don't like any of the candidates.

4. Always stand up for your and others' rights by legal force, if necessary.

5. Be nice to geeks.

Okay, I put the last one in to see if you're paying attention. LOL But it would improve the world. I swear.

*note to self: research how to have a good apocalypse*

Sometimes a silent protest is the best protest. Other times, they're just waiting for you to turn a blind eye.

The silent one is the best in this "era"

Everyone relies on keeping you interested, companies, governments etc.

So if you don't like them...go for something better...buy a better soup.
It's so obvious but people aren't intelligent
Politically speaking? No.
It works amazingly well with some things. But politcly? Allowing someone to feel that they can run amuck an do as they please because everyone got quiet? No.
