@FallenOptimist22: Then let me ask what are you doing to move into the positive zone? I was once in your negative zone. Took years and tears and the realization I control my happiness factor. That is why I am at an "8" now. And looking to move upwards this year even more!

fixing the health problems too,finally started consulting doctor

just not sure how to fix emotional mess
