Have you being the only person barefoot at a house party

So i was at my best friends after wedding party last night and as my feet had been locked away in nasty dress shoes all day i took them and my socks off and went barefoot.

I was the only one barefoot in a house full of people wearing shoes.

At first I felt like everyone was staring and I was a bit anxious as to where other people were standing making sure i didn't have my bare toes trodden on.
