I Get So Embarrassed When I Embarrass Myself

The old me embarrasses me, yes. Sometimes I remember things I have said or thought when I was younger, I don't even have to go that far in the past and I just embarrass of my over spontaneity, I feel it was dumb. One need to be more realistic, more in control of their feelings, less emotional and more self sufficient, only then we can survive.
