@firefall: I'm trying not to get medication involved, coz I heard it goes with some side effects. Also, I'm afraid I might not be able to switch to other treatments if I stayed on medications

@Alex1610: Fair enough, so long as some treatment works for you :) IDK how common the side-effects are, Lisa seemed to not have any, but who can say :/
