I hate my science teacher after this could a teacher do this?

I had a science exam and on the exam I couldn't look down at the paper because my neck hurts when I look down I slept wrong last night my teacher thought that am trying to cheat she told me to look down at the paper rn or I will get an f I was about to cry bc my neck hurts and she didn't let me tell her about my neck I didn't look down I just couldn't she got mad took my paper and told me that am a cheater and to get out of the class and that I will get an f on this exam I tried to explain to her calmly but she didn't let me I didn't make a big deal of it or fight with her I just got out of the class and stood in the hallway when the exam finished the teacher walked out didn't even bother herself to talk to me bout it my classmates came to me and said why didn't u say anything!?! Why didn't u defend urself or Explain!? i didn't answer them I just said it's okay it's okay well the reason is I didn't want to fight with the teacher and disturb my classmates while they're doing their exam plus I knew that my teacher won't believe me even if I tell her so why bother myself and get in a trouble? I didn't tell my family bc this is stupid and I don't want my family to get into this I will just try to talk to the teacher later I hope she let me re do it..❤😞What do u think of this?
