Nothing that a woman could say is more of a turn off than "I need you to respect me" especially if one has done nothing to merit the statement. It makes me picture cups of luke-warm cocoa, bedroom slippers with cute animal heads, furry hot water bottles and sensible twin beds. I'll adore you, I will bring you to the heights of sensual pleasure and even drink Mumm Napa Cuvee from your endearing navel while smothering you in rose petals, but I am damned if I will respect you.
