Can I self diagnose myself?

I think I have some kind of a personality disorder, people think I'm just rude and spiteful, and a bit evil. I think I have bipolar or something of that nature! Should I consult a doctor. I do the opposite of what I should, knowing right doing wrong. What do you think I have?

[c=#7700B2]Definitely consult a doctor and try to get a referral to an actual psychiatrist who can make a diagnosis. Mental illness is common and nothing to be ashamed of; do look into it. Also: smoking a lot of pot [b]can[/b] mess up your brain so you might want to cut back?[/c]

Talk to a doctor definitely self diagnosis is only good for saying "you know what? This is probably an issue let me get help"
