Can someone explain to me who the guy that got punched in the face is???

There's this video of this white guy getting punched in the face. People are saying that he's a Nazi leader and it's hilarious because then he starts talking about his rare pepe pin then gets punched in the face during his interview with the news. Who tf is he????
