Why do I feel guilty for everything I do that I think is wrong weird or annoying or I think someone else thinks?

Society has taught you to always feel guilty. Don't give in, we are not perfect except that and move forward knowing your really good most of the time.

Paranoid .....maybe you have good reason to be or low self esteem. Don't care what others think it won't change anything focus on yourself and making yourself happy and carefree. Can't say it's easy but better than just being worried about what others think.

Maybe those aren't your emotions your feeling. Maybe they're someone who is close to you.

Focus on answering whether or not you harmed someone. If not, then don't take it on you.
