Have any psychopaths ever admitted to themselves that they ARE psychopaths?

Or are they unaware of it? Or just want to deny it?

My parents were/are psychopaths. They will tell you that they are upstanding, perfect in every way and although they beat, tortured, belittled me etc. they deserve an award for best parents ever. They refuse any self awareness at all!
