Why do people feel the need to inform people it's snowing?

idk about the rest of the UK, but every winter, the first time it snows is like, snow has NEVER happened before so noone is ever prepared.

Yea if you live where it seldom snows you have to inform everyone and take pictures of it for facebook.

If you really wanna get down to it... Why do people [b]need[/b] to post anything anywhere?

Because you need to know or else you will be completely taken by surprise when you're out driving that there is snow on the streets.
