Did anyone else have a nylon themed childhood?

remember those cheap plastic chairs comprised of flexible nylon fibers so the chair has a longer life and bends to your weight. had those in grade school.. every single time i got up or sat down on those things.. POW!

i hated that JUNK.. then those carpets with nylon blend fibers.. POW when you walk across and touch the door knobs.... table ends, anything with metal actually.

i lost some computer components because of that crap. eh... walk across the room touch the keyboard POW, what's that horrible salted cracker smell? oh no it's my PC board!

lol.... I am so full of static electricity because it is so dry in my home due to the wood heat. I get shocked everyday in everyway. My cat dislikes me right now too. lol...

There was a store called "Brentford Nylons", that sold nothing but nylon fabrics. Fortunately they went bust but all that static would come in handy today as a renewable energy source ⚡🙂
