If she breaks confidentiality then she is basically throwing her career away. There is very little chance that she would tell anyone. Who are you worried she will tell?

She is legally bound by law to keep every confidence. You could sue her and she could lose her license/profession. The right to privacy is there to help the individual to talk openly and freely about what is troubling them.

You could preface disclosing it by asking what she *may* and *must* report and demand strict confidence. They do need to be honest about what they will and won't share.
