no. though they may be similar, they won't be exact. fingerprint developmen is influenced only in part by genetics; they're also influenced by environment (i.e. factors in the womb as the fetus develops), which lead to the differences

OK get a load of this.
According to a site called livescience.com Fingerprints are determined by random stresses in the womb.
Even a difference in length of umbilical cord can be enough to alter them !

@Picklebobble2 yes.. It's the rule that determines the outcome. Then you need to admit, there exists a rule over everything.
