Can blood stain a photo and never come out? Its for a story.

I imagine that it could. Photos are extremely delicate and any process to remove the blood would result in damage.
The stain would probably fade through the years, but it would still be there.

Traces of blood never go away. There is more to what the naked eye can see.

Try hydrogen peroxide but try it on a trash photo first.

even if it comes out ,the dna will still be there
