i crave attention and a personal bond with a girl, but im a million times too shy and too shut in and nervous to go out and find someone.

I don't mean to sound like a cliche but the best things are usually [b]out[/b]side your comfort zone. Concentrate on getting past that first, then go back to thinking about the hunnies.
