How do you know when you met the right one when you haven't dated?

Seriously, I never dated before yet alone never had a girlfriend but I recently met a girl three weeks ago and we have had some nice conversations. We both have quite a few things in common, Comedy, Art, etc. For some reason, I feel a good vibe with her but I just don't know how to approach it further. Any advice?
