Ah, the root cause of much pointless suffering... self-hatred. It's the one thing that's guaranteed to make your life miserable, as you're the only person you're sure to spend the rest of your life with. I wish I had the cure, but I don't... I never understood the process. Loving yourself should be any person's number one priority.
