Men: Do prefer your girlfriend to be always available for you?

For me it would be less about the chase and availability, and more about actually having interests that she pursues on her own. Schedules can be fungible.

I prefer a partner in life that has aspirations just as I do - these individuals are not the kind of people that wait around for my beck and call.

However, when you find the person that you really want to connect with, you both find ways to make those connections happen (and count!)

She doesn't have to drop everything at any given moment to spend time with me right then and there, but it would be nice if she tries to free some time if we try to arrange a get together and keep that time just for me. I'd do the same for her of course.

First I have to meet a woman and become her boyfriend. Then I can think about that other stuff. I'd hope we behave in a comfortable fashion and spend a lot of time together, but still be able to get done other things and spend time with other friends.

I prefer a type of person who is more likely to have things to do, but whether someone does or doesn't isn't actually important.

don't want someone always available at my every want... but I also won't chase her either to get together..

I'd be happy if she was available just once in a while

I think there should be a middle ground in there.
