@tilagirl: Really? She wasn't a fighter? Her undefeated record before losing, with each win except one coming in the first round, doesn't make her a fighter? Come on. You don't have to like her but let's get real. She freaking dominated.
She was also PERSONALLY responsible for putting MMA on the map for women fighters and there's NO other fighter who crossed over like she did. No Ronda Rousey and few people would give a shit about women fighters. Shoot the woman some respect, huh? She earned it.

@tilagirl: She fought who was available to fight and who had earned a title shot. She was far superior to any one she faced. And unless I'm mistaken, Holm was coming off two straight losses and hadn't been in the UFC for long, right? And Rousey beat a fighter who beat Nunes.
I don't really dig her personality but to say she wasn't a great fighter isn't realistic. Those women are now making big money because of Rousey. But just watch. The popularity is going to start going down.
