Duvet or bed in a bag?

I bought a Duvet insert from Amazon and several months later its tearing apart.

I'm not sure if I should buy another one, or just get a bed in a bag type of product.

Why does it have to be so complicated. I just want to be warm and to feel like a princess!!!

Any ideas?

I always buy stuff like that in real stores...have heard complaints about clothing that was pictured to be really nice and then when it was shipped to the buyer it was poor quality fabric and poorly made too.
