I may have lost my sanity

For no reason I started screaming at my house. I've never actually screamed before, it felt good to get it out. I'm aware that I may have looked like a psychopath and my cat started glaring at me

Unfortunately, most of us happen not to be in the lovely wild places of nature; but stuck in suburbia
so yeah it could rattle the neighbours, pets and relations..hahaha..
