I Am Strong

I'm confident and proud of the person I've built myself to be. Truth is I weigh half what I have in the past, my mental state has improved to the point I no longer use meds or see a psychologist, and I have the patience and determination to fine tune my body into a fighting machine. Taking care of myself gives me the strength and humility to enjoy almost every day. I was someone that got bullied, abused, neglected.... Not any more. I am my own parent and my own motivation. I am strong af and the fear I used to have about being hurt, it's gone. P.S. To those that make comments about my smoking... I smoke a lot of weed and I have ganja to thank for most of this positive journey. [image deleted]

Girl I was sexually abused as a kid and raped in my 20s... The thing about getting over shit, is you have to. You can't change it, you can't fix it, you can only accept it. You can and you will when you're ready.
