What is the difference between being a "Follower" and being in my "circle" ?

A follower is someone that has added you, your circle is who you've added, and your friends are those that have accepted your add or whose add you've accepted.

MY Circle - you sent a friend request to them, they have not accepted yet.
Follower - they have sent you a friend request, but you have not accepted yet.
