Anyone know if there's a way I can get rid of notifications that a question has received another answer?

Yes. On the qn itself there is a stop receiving notifications button. Unfortunately you'd have to press it individually on all qns.

Look at your comments. There's an option you can choose to stop recieving notifications.

u can always click on the "stop receiving notifications" button

Click on the thing that says "stop receiving notifications."

Click the stop button on the notification list.

Unfortunately, the only way is to uncheck the "receive notification on replies" on the question or click the "stop" on the notifications. But it's necessary for each question you answer.
