I Have Had Surgery

I had the gastric sleeve done on october 23rd 2016 and as of now ive lost 70 pounds and still losing it was a lot of will power and exercise i changed my whole life i went from being inavtive to exercising everynight by either walking my dog walking to the gym and lifting weights at home I ate anything I wanted to cutting down to healthy proteins and small portions one of the hardest things ive ever done but im so happy with the results :)

its been awhile since ive done another update and idk if you guys are interested but ill update anyways lol XD I went from 317 from the very start of my gastric sleeve diet and now i weigh 207 :) still losing and sooooooo happy my skin doesnt look half bad either ;)

Hell no its not lol imagine being able to eat a medium pizza with breadsticks then only being able to eat barely a cup of salad it isnt. And exercising is still hard especially lifting but its worth it its to avoid stretchy skin.
