I've got my first job, as a waitress馃槒there's an administrator in the company and he emailed me about me needing my ID and reference form. I asked him if I email it to him or hand it to Alex (the general manager). He emailed back like 'if you could send me pics of your ID and email me the ref form. Alex wouldn't know what to do with it LOL x'. He put lol and a kiss at the end?! I thought you have to put yours sincerely Imao I swear it's not normal to put a kiss馃槀馃槱

Adding a kiss is not normal.They should have a way of taking your picture rather than you supply a pic.Photo ID is pretty common.Yours Sincerely is the correct format.

are you sure it was intended as a kiss? e.g. I've tried to put something simple like... A) then B) and the second gets turned into a sunglasses face. I'm not saying that you shouldn't keep an eye out, just realize there may be other explanations.
