Why do you think women were given the gift of life and not men?

Just curious to here others opinions..🙂

Cause men screw up and do silly shit - and god couldn't let them do that

Men are not strong enough to cope with childbirth pain.

@MarsSword: I agree!
But my question is..why females and not males?
SW-User
@MarsSword: kidney stones are nowhere near childbirth 🙁
@misokaira: Experientially I have several women who have given birth tell me that kidney stones were worse... depends on the size of the stone and baby I suppose...

But there are plenty of other things that are arguably more painful than child birth.
It takes two to make new life. A man and a woman.

If it was men that carried the child then they simply would be women... That is kind of the defining feature of the sexes, the biological parts...

We have evolved as a result of our biology. Men as protectors and more physical and aggressive to provide for women who were made vulnerable by pregnancy.
theres enough sperm frozen in banks now to not need men for hundreds if not thousands of years. food for thought
@wiltingflower: maybe. im not feminazi or anything but if the world was going to end and scientist had a chance to save like 100 people to recolonize another planet they would not be wasting seats and resources on men. They would need as many uteruses as possible

@pandora: hmmmm...I see your point..lol
but to answer your question.. because babies are heavy and awkward its hard to run and hunt while knocked up... we needed one form to carry babies and one to protect and feed the one carrying the baby, for survival... but we have evolved so far beyond that need now

The last time that I checked, men were the other half of the life equation! 🤔
wiltingflower · 51-55, F
Yes I agree..
Why is it they have all the fun and women go thru the whole process alone?
NineLives · 41-45, F
I wouldn't say that women go through the whole process alone.
We actually get the good parts that sadly men will never be able to experience by no fault of their own. They won't ever get to feel their baby growing and kicking from the inside, they won't ever feel that overwhelming sense of pride after a long and strenuous birthing process, they won't ever be able to hold their baby in their arms and have this special bond while they nurse them, etc.
I think men do try to help their wives in their own ways though. They have to put up with our pregnancy mood swings, our cravings, be our birthing partners, etc. They do what they can!
One was wired to protect life. One was wired to take life.

@Quoththeraven: Either you're trolling now, or typical sense of programmed Western female-superiority. Given that men overwhelmingly do the gritty, dangerous jobs like bulldozing, roofing, pouring concrete, ect, that women are largely unwilling to do; I highly doubt you would enjoy a world without men.
We have wine and turkey basters. Enough said.
