Do advice please.

I have depression,anxiety. I don't have any self esteem, and confidence. I don't wanna go in places with people. My family judg and I hate it. I have been messed up and I can't control troll my thoughts at all. And am stuck here. Can't concentrate on my life.
But I know I wanna change. So please help me.
Don't have parents..And other family hates me. And never had relationship. So a lil bit of chaos in feelings and emotions..
