Is it natural to feel the need to keep moving?
I can't stay in bed past 10am or stay home all day or stay in the same place for very long without feeling depressed. I drive almost all the time just to keep moving and I love driving.. I always have to be at school, at work, or on an adventure. I always have to find somewhere to go or something to do with myself and stay occupied. I don't know if I'm running from my past/thoughts or just running to run 馃憖 Do you guys do it too?
