you would want to move the tattoo to the inside of the upper arm, or put on your chest below the muscle or along the ribs a bit to the side so you can wear short sleeve at work without it showing. many tattoos dont allow visible tattoo. or could put it on your back.

some jobs cant have any visible tattoos so you would not be able to wear short sleeve shirt with it on fore arm. why you want a tattoo?????

Get it done in skin color ink, white for that color etc. It reduces visibility.
