I am happy with the Tarot decks I have, but recently I found another Tarot deck that I feel like I almost need.
The Welcome to Night Vale Tarot Deck.
The art is beautiful. It's unlike any other deck, but still stays true to its meaning, somewhat.

Of course the type of deck makes no difference, but its nice to see good artwork.

It really is! And the time spent on them being created - no doubt many months, maybe even a year considering there are as much as 78 illustrations to make, not counting the back of the cards - really makes them feel special.

What's a good source for learning about tarot cards?

Honestly, I'm not quite sure. I learnt about it from both a practitioner and from books I can't remember anymore. I'd suggest just searching up and reading as many guides/books as you can, and look at what most of them have in common to figure out what's right or not.

I'm personally not a big fan of decks that alter many of the card names, but the wildwood deck really is very pretty!
