Plug the phone into the cable and USB port.
Look for the iPhone in the file listing once it's plugged in, and click on it.
If on Windows, go to File Explorer and look for iPhone on the left side of files.
Double click on iPhone.
Double click on Internal Storage.
Double click on DCIM.
Double click on 100Apple folder.
The list of pictures and videos will show.
The movies are not categorized by type, so look for non JPEG files and that should direct you to the movies.
Find the video you want to copy to the PC, highlight and right click, select copy.
Paste in the file folder or desktop on your PC, wherever you want it.

@NearMiss: I updated the drivers. My past android phone never gave me problems like this. Sigh

If you can't figure out where to find it on your pc, you can always mail it yourself and download it from there I spose.

Couldn't you just send it to your email and run it as a file there?
