Get asked to do a survey on the selection interview experience from a company that retracted a job offer that I had already accepted. Should I do it?

I spent my time and effort to get that job since August. Finally go tit last week We settled on salary went to the background check demanded my personal tax information (5 years of it) to prove my self employment rather than just check my real life references. They really want to to know how much money I made - which was meaningless as I had already taken signed the offer letter with the salary w agreed on. I want to tell them how unprofessional and dishonest they were on the survey. The company is ADP.
