Try calculating what time you should get to bed based on your REM Cycles, (generally 1:15 hours long each). for example, if you want to wake up at 5 am, try to BE in bed by 7:46, 9:16, 10:48, 12:16 ( it takes appox. 14 minutes to fall asleep)
