How much do you let your guilt eat away at you?

Or do you just let it all go, conscious less?
CheshireCatalyst · 36-40, M
I have no guilt about anything. But I do have very strict ideas about right and wrong.

I think guilt is very selfish, you do something wrong, then afterwards instead of thinking about how to make the other person feel better you continue to think about yourself...

I'm learning to change my perspectives instead of being wrapped up in the past.

@glitterinyourface: We link our experiences to the past, so if one simple thing happens, it can trigger a cascade of emotion linked to all the similar events. This is why I'm going through CBT.

@guriinii: I think CBT is the best form of trying to move forward with brain shit, most definelty

@Breadroll: just anything, little things, small things, silly things, I think about my family and things I feel I could do more.. Idfk it's weird and it's not all the time but sometimes it just hits ya, ya know?

@glitterinyourface: I know how it feels, I sometimes feel like a shit because i could do better! But sometimes try to chill out
Oh, it's there, no denying it. I can't help but be me, after all. But I don't feed it, don't pay it any attention.
