It kinda blows my mind that there are people my age that are married, engaged, pregnant and/or have their life sorted aleady.

It just feels like extra pressure to get a job and become independant or something. bleh

Don't spend too much time just watching others disappear down the well worn paths. Work your own one in your own time, and end up somewhere different

Their lives may look sorted, but really...far from it.

It really depends on the person. I notice that so many people are making comments about young people not being "sorted" if they are married, have kids, etc.
In reality, statistics show that it doesn't matter at what age you marry, you have the same chances as anyone else. I know plenty of people who wait to marry and have children and they are sitting there divorced a few years later.
What matters is if you are dedicated to making it work like our ancestors. They married at young ages, soon after becoming adults (sometimes even earlier). They stayed married until they died.
When I was 21, I was married for 3 years and I had just given birth to my 3rd child.
Now I am married for 17 years and my 7th child is due this summer. So yes, it is very possible to make it work.
I wouldn't stress about making it happen right now though. It will happen when it is time for it to happen.
And you will have to be dedicated to it and willing to put in the hard work, no matter what your age is.
Lord. Don't remind me.

Sorted ? I'm not so sure about that. I know a young woman who got pregnant and married at age 18. She is now about 23, on her 2nd marriage and about to have a 3rd child. That is not sorted from my point of view.
