What did Trump know about Flynn speaking to the Russians (and then lying about it)? When did he know it? And was the administration lying for weeks?

What did KellyAnne know before going out and telling the media there was nothing to this story?
What did Sean Spicer know while doing the same?

Watergate wasn't a break in scandal.
It was a White House attempted cover-up story.

Apparently Trump was told the truth by Intelligence weeks ago, and the Vice President was only filled in a few days ago, yet it was to the Vice President, Flynn lied, and through those lies, the media were misled.

What did Trump know? What did Spicer know? What did Conway know?

If Trump had the info weeks ago, which apparently he did....why did it take weeks to ask for Flynn's resignation?

Cover-ups destroy administrations. Let's hope there is a more innocent explanation.

Trump's immediate tweet was "The real story here is why are there so many illegal leaks coming out of Washington?..."

In other words, "I'm not concerned about lies. But why are people finding out about them ?" Same attitude as Conway's "alternate facts" and "does it really matter if we're telling the truth ?"

I'm sorry, that's not just politics as usual or a "difference of opinion". That's a whole different set of values.

They may have to bury their heads in the sand, and try to push this off the headlines....blame it on 'fake news' etc.

They have so much to lose, but Trump has more to lose if this is a cover-up.

His Presidency.....which has done little so far in spite of all those executive orders.

He knew and knows NOTHING about Governing, and everything about an Apocayptic Conspiracy theory fear and hate filled basket of non-issues.

After all...isn't the most important thing for the country....how many people attended his Inauguration? He is still going on about that.

@CassandraFemale17: I think this might be a little different. My understanding is that a fair amount of that dossier that was released has been verified and they're still digging deeper. I don't think lawmakers will be able to turn their backs on the facts. Especially when it becomes politically beneficial for them to take Trump down. We'll see.

I have watched this perpetual Spinner in Chief on several news sites. She lies like a rug, and deflects, doesn't answer, talks out the time allotted, and does everything to not answer.

I WISH networks will stop asking her to come on. What's the point? Unless the point is to have her destroy herself n tape, and force her to resign too, over all her lies

@CassandraFemale17: That's true. He started that war. And now we know there was a reason. Just like polls and news outlets are fake.

But I think there's a lot of people in intelligence who are UBER committed to their positions and role in government.

While politics clearly played a role in the FBI investigation of Clinton, particularly surrounding Comey's statements, I think there's people there who want the truth because it's in the best interest of the country. That's their job and they take it ridiculously seriously.
