Lee Strobel is just another propagandarist, he has no evidence to support the christian hypothesis that their god is real.

It's not about seeing Him, it's about experiencing His presence. Not all things that exist are readily visible.

@TheWombRaider I have seen Gods hand move many times ,and I was a man who mocked Him as much as anyone ,I hated Him and blamed Him for all the hell I had endured and so many good people I know or had known living in hell too,
but the ones who loved Him never stopped praising Him ,right to the very end ,

I have not seen God ,but I have heard His voice and I have seen His hand preform miracles ,,if you believe or not changes it no more that the oxygen we breath is real ,or the carbon monoxide that can kill us
But not visible to the human eye ,but their effects are very real
and so are Gods ,,,even if you can see or believe ,it makes Him no less real
just means your to blind to see the signs ,,like the full sails moving a ship

Did you know most wars were started over religion. . How can a god allow this. . @rckt148 although I did not read but the first line of your book i went to church and knew God. I was a child he let me suffer I did not reject the nailed God then I do now, and embrace the one who freed me from my oppressor, did that my God damn self. Cling to your god

I have faced a hard life too ,and God was not there
or so I thought ,and like you I spent $20.000.00 to walk again
and a little spur slammed me again
I have a disease eating my spine ,compliments of Uncle Sam
and 20 yrs of being treated like a drug addict for needing help with pain .
But now I have finally won that war ,now they ask how in the hell am I able to walk .
The same one who healed my kid of a bone disease that crippled her enables me to walk ,but my life has been no bed of roses .
But I can look back now and see Christ was there all alone ,,
But I was like you ,,,"I did it my damn self "
all I did was got in the way ,,once I got out of the way
I finally got my blessings
and Everything I lost was restored to me ...but now I see none of that is as important as all the sin I can never pay off on my own
I am glad Christ did that for me

Then something got my attention ,,a tiny spur that crippled my arm
Its still there ,,He enables me to live with it ,,
can't be one a doctor will remove cause they wont
He can't have me running around again saying I didn't need God
just a good surgeon ..the surgeon said I would be in a chair by 45
and there was nothing he could do to stop it ,,and no competent doctor would try to remove the spur in my shoulder ,,I won't heal ..its not worth the risk
But here I am at 60 still able to walk .work when I need to .
and Doctors asking me how
My MRI says I shouldn't be able to ,,

He has not healed me per say ,,He enables me
Making the impossible possible ,,,thats when He answers pray
Not when you can fix it "Your Damn Self " which you should have done to start with ,,,you apparently didn't need a miracle after all

My own childhood was hell ,so much so I left home when I was 13 ,
was married by 16 ,and thought I was a man because I was able to get in the service at 16 and sent to boot camp after I turned 17 .
My wife and I had 3 girls together ,and then she left me and hid my kids from me for 12 yrs ,the hole in my being ruined everything I touched ,a second marriage ,
So I used drugs and alcohol to ease the pain ,,help me to forget and think I was able to enjoy like ,but I wasn't ,,when wife #2 left I was ready to die ,I was done .
But somehow ,I call it God ,,I was healed in one day of all my addictions
I found my kids ,won full custody of them and life has been on an upswing since .
Now I can share why I should be bitter ,hate ,blame God ,but now I have a new heart .
I forgave my parents ,others who hurt us ,my ex wives ,and now we are actually friends again .
We have 5 grandkids who make us very proud and now a man who once hated God ,,
Well all of us sing praises to Him now ,,4 generations singing praises to God .
But at 34 if you would have mentioned God to me ,,well it would not have been good LOL
But he is the way maker ,the one who turns bad into a reason to praise Him .
We made it for a reason .the bad ,satan is the reason for that ,he wants us to blame God ,he is the father of evil and lies .
God did not give him any power ,,the earth is satans prison ,man gave him power .
I am happy to hear you overcame such a terrible thing and found happiness ..
Maybe one day your story will help others ,who have so little regard for life
and you can say ,,I thought life was not worth living too ,
